- create award recommendations. 9. Provide procurement analytics and insights to support data-driven decision making. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing. 11. Track spend and consumption across key agreements. 12. Domestic or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required. - A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field and one year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field followed by three year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year(s) of experience in the following: 1. Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, business development, or data analysis. 2. Experience in procurement practices (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.), including highly technical or highly complex spend categories. 3. Experience in working in a startup environment to address immediate tactical purchasing needs while building for future-scale. The pay range for this position in Arlington, VA is $113318 - $147900 (yr)
