Media Lead - Broadcast
Role Specific Information Job Description This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role In this role, you will maintain internal partnerships and ongoing support of Kohl's marketing and e-commerce promotional activities by delivering data-informed audience-led media plans that encompass all media tactics across the customer journey.
What You’ll Do Develop audience-led media strategies that grow Kohl’s overall customer base, focusing on growing specific high-value cohorts during key events or initiatives, informed by macro measurement results, performance insights and customer goals Orchestrate a holistic audience plan across media channels, inclusive of influencing investment Partner with key stakeholders to develop omnichannel audience tests Manipulate data to derive insights and implications from audience performance reporting KPIs to inform go-forward audience optimizations Analyze content performance trends by audience in paid platforms to influence go-forward thematic content optimizations Monitor audience sizing in mar tech and paid platforms Oversee the creation and manage first-party audiences in DMP and onboarding systems Translate strategic audience definition to a channel segmentation POV using fundamental knowledge of activation platforms Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Minimum of 3-5 years of paid media experience at a media agency and/or an in-house media department Deep understanding of paid media channel strategy, with a fundamental knowledge of channel activation Advanced understanding of media fundamentals and cross-channel paid media planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel Expert-level proficiency in working with data manipulation and extracting insights Attention to detail, with strong accuracy and organization skills Preferred Self-starter Hands-on experience in DMP and paid digital platforms (e.g., DV360, social platforms, YouTube, etc.) Essential Functions The requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
