- 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Experience building case strategies, identifying risks
- aligning legal tactics with business goals - Can distill complex legal issues into clear, concise business guidance - Knowledge of internet, software
- media industries and the legal and regulatory environment in which they operate or equivalent - Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy
- Experience presenting legal issues to executive leadership - Experience as a primary strategist on complex litigation including independently developing case theory, making high-stakes judgment calls
