  • About the role (What you’ll be doing)
  • We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join the team and work across operations initiatives. This is an 12-week paid internship, with an immediate start.
  • This is a customer service role but with exposure to the operational side as well. You’ll be focused on supporting patients as well as Operations, Commercial
  • Growth teams to support high-impact projects that improve patient experience and strengthen the retention of our patients.
  • You’ll be given meaningful responsibility from the start and trusted to think clearly, move quickly, and execute to a high standard.
  • Your work may span a mix of:
  • Testing & Rolling out new initiatives:
  • Speaking with patients over the phone + emails
  • Support initiatives that improve the end-to-end patient experience, from onboarding through ongoing engagement
  • Analyse patient data and feedback to identify friction points and areas for improvement
  • Support our Operations Team in rolling out successful initiatives to our support teams
