About the Role The People Operations Manager is responsible for owning and delivering the People Operations roadmap, ensuring our people processes, systems and policies run smoothly, efficiently and at scale.

This role leads the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and is expected to be at the forefront of how AI is reshaping People Operations - not just adopting tools, but actively identifying where automation and AI-powered workflows can eliminate manual effort, reduce risk and unlock capacity for higher-value work.

This role partners closely with Talent, People Partners, Finance and wider business stakeholders to build scalable infrastructure and deliver an exceptional employee experience - and will be a key voice in shaping Moneybox's approach to People technology, data and AI governance as the function grows.
