Join Evernorth as a Business Analytics Lead Analyst and help turn complex data into clear insights that improve product performance, client reporting, and business decisions. In this role, you will support multiple products within the Drug Trend & Formulary department, partnering across Product, Finance, Operations, Account Management, Pharma, Research, Advanced Analytics, and Knowledge Solutions.

Responsibilities Develop reports, models, dashboards, and analytic solutions that help teams understand product performance, client impact, and business trends.
Support ad hoc analytics for internal and external stakeholders by combining business knowledge, data insights and technical skills in SQL, SAS, and other tools. Query data warehouses, extract claims and product data, and transform complex data into clear reporting for client and business needs.
Consult with Product and Account Management partners to clarify requests, frame business questions, and recommend practical analytic approaches. Collaborate across departments to align stakeholders, support project handoffs, and provide subject matter expertise for initiatives.
Manage multiple priorities, negotiate timelines, and deliver work within agreed service levels and project deadlines. Communicate findings, risks, next steps, and outcomes in a clear, concise way that supports open dialogue and shared decision-making.
Qualifications Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in business analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a related function. Experience writing queries and working with relational databases, data warehouses, or claims data. Working knowledge of SQL and/or SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate data into useful insights for business partners.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Alteryx, Python, or similar reporting and automation tools. Experience supporting product development, client reporting, product performance, or healthcare analytics.
Familiarity with pharmacy, formulary, supply chain, or healthcare claims data. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,000 - 131,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
