Why this role is important to us Global Third Party Management (GTPM) is a Business Unit within Corporate Finance that is responsible for providing enterprise wide procurement services, including governance and monitoring programs for all regions and countries where State Street Corporation conducts business.
This role will support the Procurement team that is focused on managing and overseeing the global Contingent Labor at State Street program (CLASS), along with related program governance and oversight for CLASS and the broader Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) teams.
This role will be responsible for providing operational support, oversight, reporting, data analytics and governance to support Procurement management to ensure all assigned business support actions are completed timely. What you will be responsible for Provide ongoing support for the execution and governance of the CLASS program, including oversight, project work, data analytics and reporting Working with and overseeing third parties including Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for operational execution of the CLASS program Governance activities including regular review, investigation and monitoring to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with CLASS program controls and standards Work with data governance teams to comply with new data standards impacting privacy, source data, record retention, etc. for Beeline and downstream applications that utilize contingent labor data Support internal and external audit requirements for the CLASS program; maintain an audit and controls calendar, and respond to audit requests Guide and support Procurement and AP compliance of the global operating model with company requirements including intercompany SLAs, EMEA outsourcing requirements and liaising with Corporate Functions teams during annual reviews and action any changes Understanding of contingent labor laws and regulations and ability to assess the CLASS program against applicable regulations to ensure compliance Assist the Finance Business Controls Office to coordinate and support requests from the Information Security Officer, Privacy liaison, Business Controls and Testing teams What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in contingent labor program execution and oversight Analytics and reporting skills with experience producing executive level reports; very strong Excel, PPT and presentation skills Strength in correlating financials (budget, spend, rates) with globally dispersed workers (projects, teams, individuals) to synthesize into actionable management reporting Tableau, access, or other BI intelligence and analysis tools knowledge to query, correlate and analyze large datasets Strong communicator – Candid, confident, and enthusiastic.
Ability to take complex ideas and present them in an intuitive fashion Ability to work independently while sharing expertise with colleagues and others Able to proactively manage stakeholder needs and expectations while providing consistent and regular communications Take ownership mentality – Willingness to roll up sleeves, navigate complexity and drive execution to solve complex problems Desire to work in a diverse, global, multi-cultural environment for an equal opportunity employer.
