- The AWS Cloud Logistics team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Specialist in Bellevue, WA / Austin, TX / Florence, KY to manage day-to-day warehousing operations supporting Data Center Fulfillment Centers (DCFC) — purpose-built logistics nodes that enable rapid hardware fulfillment to AWS data centers — the fastest growing logistics program within AWS — while leading projects to further enhance our operation. - Supply Chain Logistics combined with excellent data-driven problem resolution skills and proven program management capability. They are comfortable with a high level of hands-on tactical involvement — this role requires daily operational troubleshooting, working within ticketing systems (e.g., SIM)

This role requires up to 40% travel (primarily domestic USA) to audit and support warehouse operations across NALA. After-hours support and on-call responsibilities are required to maintain operational continuity across a 24/7 supply chain network. Key job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehousing operations including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics
- Engage in daily tactical communication with third-party logistics providers (3PLs/LSPs) and internal customers
- Lead large-scale programs independently — defining scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Travel up to 40% to audit warehouses and support operational readiness throughout NALA
- Analyze data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL, and/or other data management systems) and perform reporting and analysis as needed
- Create and maintain performance metrics, operational dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to drive business results and provide visibility into operational health
- Perform daily operational troubleshooting — managing ticketing workflows (SIM), resolving supply chain disruptions, and coordinating rapid resolution across teams
- Quickly understand the business impact of observed trends and make data-driven decisions
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in logistics operations
- Work with multiple stakeholder teams across the Supply Chain to jointly solve problems and implement standards
- Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed to maintain operational continuity

- Knowledge of basic supply agreement construction and key contracting provisions/requirements - 6+ years in warehousing, logistics operations
- high-volume fulfillment environments - 4+ years of program or project management experience, leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery - 6+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau
- equivalent - Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, inventory management
