Who are we looking for? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join Financing Solutions Operations as an Assistant Vice President within Operations Excellence team. We are seeking candidates with an operational background and have experience in managing change and transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate bringing strong operational experience, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach. They will be expected to build effective relationships with business partners, assess current processes and new product requirements, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and constructively challenge business requirements to support efficient and scalable operational outcomes.

What you will be responsible for As Financing Solutions Operations Product Owner, Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for: Acting as an Operations Product Owner within Financing Solutions, your primarily responsibility for Equity Swaps initiatives.

Product & Initiative Ownership Own and manage a portfolio of Operations product initiatives, including new product launches, regulatory change, system enhancements, and operating model transformation. Lead the full implementation lifecycle from development through to deployment across assigned initiatives.

Bring 10+ years of relevant professional experience and demonstrate flexibility to support global working hours as required. Ensure product delivery is aligned with regulatory, risk and corporate standards. Track benefits realisation and delivery outcomes across the product portfolio, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiency objectives.

Collaborate with Front Office and key stakeholders to promote a unified product vision. Business Analysis & Solution Design Build strong relationships with business partners to assess process and system enhancement opportunities and understand business requirements.

Define clear acceptance criteria and success measures for product enhancements to ensure solutions meet business needs. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define future-state workflows and system solutions. Work with stakeholders to prioritise enhancement requests and manage the product backlog in line with Markets strategic objectives and Agile delivery principles.

Drive business requests through to completion while ensuring adherence to implementation protocols. Product SME & Knowledge Sharing Act as the Operations Product SME for assigned platforms, workflows and business lines, providing guidance and insight to stakeholders.

Promote knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across the Operations user base. Contribute to and maintain product documentation, playbooks and knowledge assets to support consistent knowledge sharing. Establish forums for ongoing stakeholder engagement, acting as the point of contact for product-related questions and collaboration.

Stay closely connected to industry and market trends by monitoring technology, regulatory and market developments. System Governance & Compliance Lead governance and oversight of Operations platforms, ensuring compliance with enterprise requirements, including TPRM and ISRMP.

Ensure accurate, transparent and compliant management of third-party vendor billing by overseeing invoicing activity and validating charges against contracts and delivered services. Support Operations in proactively identifying, monitoring and remediating system control gaps in collaboration with Risk, Compliance and Technology.
