Job Description Service Manager – Exposure Intelligence Team and overall work scope The team operates within a newly established Exposure Management function in the broader cybersecurity organization, focused on modernizing how the enterprise identifies, prioritizes, and mitigates security vulnerabilities shifting from traditional patch approaches to a more strategic focus on true business risk and exploitability.

Service Managers will lead key functional areas overseeing teams and driving service delivery, prioritization, and operational execution. The Service Manager – Exposure Intelligence leads the organization’s exposure intelligence capability, responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and contextualizing cyber risk across the enterprise using a Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) model.

This role ensures the organization focuses on real, exploitable risk rather than vulnerability volume. Success Measures Measurable reduction in exploitable exposure risk Improved prioritization accuracy (focus on real-world attack paths) Increased remediation velocity for high-risk exposures Key Responsibilities Lead the Exposure Intelligence service, including attack surface mapping and exposure prioritization Drive transition from vulnerability-based reporting to risk-based exposure intelligence Partner with technology and security teams to align on asset context and business risk Establish SME-aligned coverage across security domains (cloud, network, application, identity) Deliver actionable intelligence to drive remediation and executive decision-making Define KPIs and metrics aligned to exposure reduction outcomes Required Qualifications 7+ years in cybersecurity, with focus on vulnerability management, threat intelligence, or exposure management Experience leading teams or programs in a service-oriented model Strong understanding of attack surface management and modern threat landscape Ability to translate technical findings into business risk Preferred Skills, and Qualifications IT or Threat Intelligence team leadership, translating broad technical experience into prioritized, validated exposure intelligence, Identifying and focusing on true‑positive, exploitable exposures across the enterprise Experience with CTEM, attack path analysis, or adversarial simulation Familiarity with enterprise-scale vulnerability management programs Strong stakeholder management across engineering and security teams Skills Business Risks, Cybersecurity Operations, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Exposure Management, Operational Threat Intelligence, Reporting, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Vulnerability Management, Vulnerability Remediation Compensation Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 - 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
