  • Job Title Catalog SME Job Description Job title: Catalog SME Your role: 1. Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs) 1. Patient Safety & Quality Validate complex modelling outputs to ensure compliance with Q&R standards. Support timely CAPA analysis, root‑cause identification, and prevention. Ensure modelling adherence to global rules across core catalog, 3PP, Pricing, and NAR scenarios. 2. Customer Experience Ensure first‑time‑right configurations, preventing downstream quoting and ordering failures. Contribute to achieving Partner NPS targets through technical accuracy. Provide expert support for modelling‑related customer escalations. 3. Execution Excellence & Simplification Serve as the quality gatekeeper for BU metrics and modelling SLAs. Perform deep reviews of complex modelling tasks, including: 3PP data and configuration rules Pricing code mapping, variant pricing, and cross‑region pricing logic NAR localized configuration, regulatory variants, and channel/market restrictions Lead issue‑triaging efforts and support teams with root‑cause diagnosis and fixes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and BU projects. 4. People Development & ESG Mentor and guide Catalog specialists & Catalog Data Engineers on modelling standards, systems, and specialization areas. Promote knowledge-sharing, standardization, and model‑quality improvements. Take ownership of personal development plans and mastery in assigned domain(s). 2. Minimum required Education: Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 7+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Quality Management, Product data Management, Configuration Management, Systems Management or equivalent. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
