  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - Knowledge of local labor law - Experience as a human resource generalist - Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development - Experience supporting hourly employee client group - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
