Responsibilities Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in financial advisory, procurement
- project/PPP management Mandatory experience of leading or participating in at least 9 PPP projects in infrastructure / tourism sectors Strong experience in transaction advisory , bid process management
- contract structuring Experience working with Government departments, PSUs
- statutory authorities is essential Exposure to preparation of RFPs, financial models, concession agreements
- bid evaluation Mandatory Skill sets: The candidate must demonstrate expertise in: Financial analysis and PPP transaction advisory Procurement strategy, bid documentation
- bid process management Business case development and project viability assessment Coordination with government stakeholders, approval committees
- investors Project monitoring and reporting at senior management level Preferred Skill Sets
- Experience working with Government departments, PSUs, or statutory authorities is essential
- Exposure to preparation of RFPs, financial models, concession agreements
