ETF Trader Assistant , Senior Associate , Institutional Equity Division The candidate will be based out of Mumbai and will be primarily working with the Delta1 Sales and Trading desk (EMEA) along with regular support to ETF Traders. The role suits a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who has a strong background in Financial Market, Analytics.

The role offers great opportunity to the candidates to build on their knowledge of and exposure to Equity Derivative products, risks as well as valuation. The role also offers a unique opportunity of exposure into financial analysis across varied industries/sector combined with working on trading related activities for the desk.

What you'll do in the role: Providing pre- and post-trade support to ETF traders across the EMEA region, including the preparation of draft trade documentation. Performing start of day and end of day checks. Ensuring market-making ETFs are set up each day and ready for quoting.

Monitoring settlements and create/redeem activity. Ensuring corporate actions are accurately booked. Managing futures rolls and expiries. Preparing and maintaining trade lists. Booking and monitoring chats, while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Overseeing swap trade execution to ensure all trades are processed correctly. What you'll bring to the role: Engineering Graduates with MBAs and/or CA (preferred but not must) 4-6 years’ work experience in Banking/Financial Services in Trading Support Knowledge of ETF Trade Life Cycle.

Coursework/Strong understanding in Finance Market, (ETF Knowledge Preferred) Good communication skills – written as well as telephonic. There will be regular communication with the trading desk and the person needs to be able to understand the requirements and express their thoughts clearly.
