ABOUT THIS ROLE Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student in Global Customer Engagement. In this role, you will support us in the launch of our campaigns and programs, aimed at engaging our members. You will be responsible for executing customer-focused and data-driven initiatives, managing multiple milestones with shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment. This includes building and optimizing user flows and experiences for campaigns across platforms, as well as monitoring and reporting on campaign and test performance. As a Working Student, Global Customer Engagement you will... - Execute on omni-channel concepts to drive customer engagement - Support in the marketing campaign process by conceptualising, creating and maintaining content via our content management system (CMS) cross-platforms (Apps, desktop and mobile site) - Support in conceptualizing, setting up and evaluating A/B tests - Create ad-hoc analysis and reports based on our web analytics tool - Provide general support to our daily business ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is a leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. - Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area
- have at least 12 months of studies left - expected graduation after October 2027 - Experience working with the main Office software programs, such as Microsoft Office, on a daily basis (Excel and Power Point in particular) - Business fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment - Relevant skill in the design/creative field, with some familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Package, etc. - Passion for media, entertainment
