Responsibilities Drive Medicare Product Excellence Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for assigned Medicare and regulated market capabilities. Monitor and interpret CMS regulations and guidance, translating requirements into actionable product enhancements and business processes.
Lead implementation of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Medicare Part B, and MOOP-related initiatives that support compliance and business goals. Partner with business and technical teams to prioritize, design, and deliver product enhancements using Agile methodologies.
Influence Business Outcomes Analyze performance trends, compliance metrics, and client requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions. Ensure performance guarantees, operational metrics, and regulatory expectations are consistently achieved.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, insights, and subject matter expertise. Document project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Build Capability Through Collaboration Develop and deliver training, presentations, and communications for clients, account teams, and internal partners.
Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and business documentation that support compliance and operational consistency. Partner across functional areas to solve complex business challenges and contribute to strategic initiatives beyond assigned products.
Support cross-training efforts and share expertise to strengthen team capabilities and organizational readiness. Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product management, project leadership, Medicare operations, healthcare, health insurance, PBM operations, or a related field.
Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying complex regulatory requirements or business guidance. Understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part B, Medicare Part D, and/or MOOP regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at varying levels of the organization. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and documentation skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations, including pharmacy adjudication processes. Knowledge of the healthcare, health insurance, or PBM industry.
Experience supporting Agile product development practices. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL. Familiarity with industry organizations and standards, including NCPDP and PCMA. Experience presenting to clients, account teams, or senior business leaders.
