  • University Recruitment and Sourcing Consultant Description - Job Summary
  • This role is responsible for assissting sourcing, evaluating, selecting candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • staffing team's daily operations across while ensuring alignment with organization goals. The role executes various staffing activities such as candidate screening, interview coordination
  • offer letter creation. The role collaborates with hiring managers, enhances employer brand, facilitates onboarding, conducts preliminary candidate assessments, utilizes diverse sourcing channels
  • contributes to talent acquisition platform enhancement while ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities
  • Supports achievement of the hiring targets for their sub-region, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
  • Engages in a component of the staffing process within the sub-region on areas of sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer letter creation, and relocation facilitation.
  • Coordinates with managers throughout the hiring process to ensure that needs are met and escalates issues to the appropriate resource.
  • Develops an understanding of the organization's business and region, as well as the external market for talent.
  • Represents the organization as an employer of choice by promoting its brand and values to potential candidates and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage candidates, including job postings, social media campaigns
  • employer branding initiatives.
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions
  • providing support during the onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Initiates contact with candidates to screen and assess candidates on required qualifications ,cultural fit and refers them for further interviews.
  • Utilizes various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source and attract top talent for open positions within the organization.
  • Provides analytical support for the department’s daily operations, projects, and special requests.
  • Supports the continuous development and innovation of a talent acquisition platform, including the processes and systems necessary to sustain a high-volume recruiting organization. Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field. Preferred Certifications
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR)
  • Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Knowledge & Skills
