Salesforce Developer
The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and strategic goals. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor a team of developers
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality and scalability.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs and various integration patterns.
- Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including release management, continuous integration, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Web Components), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in HTML , CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development and custom UI solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Copado).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a technical team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
