- Responsible for all sub-region/country portfolio of digital offerings in the PRO ecosystem and business development. Implementation of all user & seller-based loyalty programs including recruitment /engagement Local Go-to-Market:execution of successful user campaigns, events, trainings. Steering user / trade engagement with data analytics from PRO 360. Execute user and trade redemption execution. Handling operation project execution and implementing new features. .
- Graduate with min.4 years of user and trade loyalty program management experience in offline or online channel or sales and marketing experience in consumer industry. MBA preferred.
- Result oriented Strong user centered approach Data based: thinks systematically, translates insights into action Lead based on data Communication skills to make topic understood in the broader context of communication/ User journey management Analytic skills UX and Agile working methods
