  • We're looking for a Senior Technical Architect to own the technical direction of our platform across web and backend systems. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set architecture standards, guide a team of 10–20 engineers
  • run multiple concurrent initiatives without letting delivery timelines slip. You'll be expected to bring an AI-native mindset to how we build — using modern AI tooling to accelerate development, raise quality

Partner with Product and Line of Business teams to translate requirements into sound, deliverable technical plans. Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10–20 engineers and running multiple projects simultaneously without compromising timelines. Strong prioritization instincts — able to align technical decisions with business outcomes and defend trade-offs.
