- Deliver actionable HR insights by preparing and analyzing workforce data, including retention, diversity, and talent metrics.
- Enable strategic talent processes by supporting talent reviews, compensation planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to develop reports, scorecards, and presentations that inform business decisions.
- Drive operational efficiency by managing HR requests, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with HR Operations and Employee Service teams.
- Support enterprise programs by promoting participation, tracking outcomes, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
- Prepare and consolidate data for HR initiatives to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.
- Contribute to onboarding and leadership materials that enhance the experience of new and senior leaders.
- Anticipate team needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Qualifications Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday, Tableau, or other HR systems.
- Project management experience.
- Experience supporting HR Business Partner teams or enterprise HR initiatives.
- Interest in developing into an HR Business Partner role. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,000 - 133,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
