Technical Product Manager
- The Amazon Search team is responsible for helping customers find relevant products that meet their expectations in terms of price, quality

- Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs that help the organization meet its long-term goals.
- Partner with technical, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver results at scale.
- Collaborate with science, engineering, product, and UX design to implement scalable, and efficient solutions to key customer problems in search.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement and provide actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
- Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
