  • Government Finance, Public Financial Systems, e-Governance 3.
  • Accounting, Auditing & Financial Reporting 4.
  • Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory Framework 5.
  • ERP/IFMS Systems, Financial Process Optimization Mandatory skill sets: 1.
  • Lead end- to -end implementation of Finance & Accounts modules for Public Sector 2.
  • Drive functional design and rollout of accounting, budgeting, taxation, revenue, treasury, and financial reporting systems 3.
  • Leverage CA expertise to ensure compliance with government accounting standards, audit norms, and statutory regulations 4.
  • Work with Client to understand and optimize finance processes of client 5.
  • Lead Financial Process Re-engineering (BPR) to improve transparency, efficiency, and control frameworks 6.
  • Oversee requirement gathering, functional specifications, system configuration, UAT, and go-live support 7.
  • Ensure development of module having strong financial controls, audit readiness, and reconciliation processes within the system 8.
  • Support capacity building and training for finance teams to enable adoption of digital financial systems Preferred skill sets: CA mandatory 8+ years of experience 5+ years in e-Governance / Government projects Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, audit, compliance

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 5+ Years of e-Governance project experience Education qualification: 1.
  • BCOM / MCOM / MBA from reputed institute. 2.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant 3.
  • Knowledge of Odia Language will be added advantage.
