The Salesforce Impact team is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive and manage operations across the full Corporate Philanthropy & Employee Impact (CP&EI) org.
Reporting to the SVP, Corporate Philanthropy & Employee Impact, this role is responsible for team wide operational excellence — spanning budget management, technology transition project management, event execution, and cross-functional team coordination.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the team, with a core focus on the Agents for Impact Accelerator program while supporting the broader corporate philanthropy and Employee Impact functions. Responsibilities Team Operations & Leadership Support Serve as the primary operations lead for the Corporate Philanthropy & Employee Impact org, supporting the SVP with strategic planning, team coordination, and operational decision-making, meeting cadence, knowledge sharing, V2MOM planning Serve as the primary partner for the Impact Operations & Technology, ensuring execution and coordination of team initatives.
Own and maintain team OpEx and T&E budget tracking, coordinating with Impact Operations Finance partners and budget owners across the expanded org Design and implement budget workflows and approval processes to streamline financial operations Monitor and flag budget risks proactively, especially in the context of org integrations and transitions Accelerator Program Operations Support end-to-end operational excellence for the Salesforce Accelerator – Agents for Impact Coordinate grantee and partner tracking across 47+ grantees and manage the FY28 program pipeline Support regular updates to program materials including splash pages, FAQs, and applications Monitor program KPIs and prepare regular communications to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Coordinate with Distribution, Grant Ops, Employee Impact, and other teams for smooth program operations Serves as interim customer service lead and day-to-day project manager for the Employee Impact technology transition Required Experience 5+ years of experience in operations, program/project management, or similar — ideally spanning multiple functions within a single org Experience with AI tools for operational automation and program management Demonstrated experience owning and managing budgets, financial tracking, and multi-stakeholder spend coordination Experience leading or supporting technology transition projects, vendor migrations, or platform implementations Proven ability to manage global, cross-functional programs and events across multiple geographies Strong operational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail, organization, and process Strong verbal and written communication; able to synthesize complex information for leadership audiences Experience with Slack, Virtual Meeting Platforms (Google Meet), Excel / Google Sheets, Salesforce A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new opportunities to make an impact Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment Flexible working hours to accommodate a global team Background in one or more of our strategic focus areas of Education, Sustainability, and AI a plus Salesforce admin experience a plus This role is hybrid and goes into the Chicago, IL office 3 days per week.

The typical base salary range for this position is $140,900 - $177,600 annually. 

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
