- The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational integrity of NAST safety compliance programs. This role ensures accurate tracking, timely reporting

- quality audits Generate and validate weekly/monthly compliance reports using Excel and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders Track compliance workflows to completion, flagging delays or missing information and following up with responsible stakeholders to ensure closure Detect and document data quality issues, inconsistencies
- gaps and coordinate with data owners to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Compile and validate WBR materials including compliance metrics, trend analysis
- action item status and prepare supporting documentation for leadership review Schedule and facilitate compliance working sessions, capture detailed meeting notes, track action items
- distribute follow-up documentation within 24 hours Assist training teams by providing compliance data, tracking completion metrics
- maintaining training documentation in accordance with program requirements Organize and maintain compliance documentation repositories ensuring completeness, accuracy
- accessibility for internal and external audits Recommend process improvements based on operational observations, document efficiency opportunities
