In this vital role, you will primarily support the modernization and continuous improvement of the Disaster Recovery (DR) program while developing foundational knowledge of Business Continuity (BC) processes. You will serve as the primary analyst for disaster recovery planning, readiness, and recovery activities while partnering with the Business Continuity team to triage and support business continuity initiatives as needed.
You will support the modernization of Disaster Recovery services through continuous, intelligence-driven readiness across critical processes, systems, dependencies, and AI-enabled workflows. You will help develop and improve DR strategies, plans, testing activities, risk assessments, and program processes that strengthen operational resilience and minimize the impact of potential disruptions.
Provide input and feedback on Global Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services strategy, requirements, standards, procedures, processes, training, templates, tools, metrics, and reporting. Support and collaborate with business clients, IT, operations, risk management, and global virtual teams in the development and improvement of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) process analysis, including recovery planning, dependency mapping, recovery testing, technology readiness, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Develop working knowledge of Business Continuity (BC) processes and provide initial analysis, triage, coordination, and support for BC planning activities, escalating complex business continuity matters to BC specialists when appropriate.
Support dependency mapping of vendors, suppliers, technology, resources, and other factors that influence BC/DR readiness, recovery objectives, and program outcomes. Support the replication of the BIA and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) using Agentic AI, ensuring outputs connect critical data, dependencies, and other considerations that influence plan creation and maintenance.
Support the identification and visibility of Key Computerized Systems (KCSs) and Critical Systems using Agentic AI. Support continuous analysis of KCSs and Critical Systems, including when new platforms are added to the enterprise, to identify plan updates, dependency alerts, notifications, gaps, opportunities, and required changes.
Support the quality, flow, and contingency planning of established AI-enabled and Agentic AI processes, including fallback, override, recovery, and escalation considerations. Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercises, ensuring technology recovery capabilities align with business recovery priorities, including planning meetings, milestone documents, and exercise-related deliverables.
Exercise outcomes Achieved Recovery Time (ART) and Achieved Recovery Point (ARP), where applicable Action Items Lessons Learned Guidance and governance to meet requirements Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity testing activities to validate end-to-end organizational resilience.
Research, interpret results, analyze data, and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform continuous improvement of BC/DR program standards, procedures, processes, training, templates, tools, metrics, and reporting.
Assist teams with continuity and documentation tools in support of BC/DR planning, exercises, reporting, and program record maintenance. Authority Advises management and team members on matters pertaining to BC/DR process maturity, operational resilience, dependency visibility, and AI-enabled program modernization.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2 to 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and Agentic AI principles, with the ability and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree educated in a business-related, information systems, computer science, risk management, or related subject.
- Strong/proven project management skills to meet deliverables and goals.
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery principles and working knowledge of Business Continuity concepts.
- Experience supporting BC/DR plan development, process analysis, dependency mapping, testing activities, risk assessments, and operational resilience initiatives.
- Experience using automation, AI, or Agentic AI to improve business processes, planning activities, workflow efficiency, or operational resilience.
- Experience applying AI or Agentic AI for plan replication, process mapping, dependency analysis, reporting, or exercise generation.
- Experience integrating automation or Agentic AI across multiple platforms to collect information, generate insights, or orchestrate workflows.
- Experience developing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, including fallback, override, recovery, and escalation processes.
- Experience helping ensure policy and standard compliance for AI or Agentic AI builds.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present information to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strong learning agility, initiative, and follow-through.
