Reporting to the Manager – Reduction line 3, key accountabilities of this role includes; Proactively improving the work environment to reduce health, safety and environmental risks; Supporting your team to improve safety culture through the continued implementation of the Integrity Maturity Model and RTSPS Implementing and sustaining process safety standards for critical risks; Driving operational and technical excellence by mentoring and identifying development opportunities for team members; Ensuring team objectives are maintained in line with production expectations; Optimising plant performance by leading a diverse team in continual improvement projects; Establishing and maintaining key routines and systems to produce quality products; Working closely with technical and operations stakeholders both on site and within the wider business.

Each day, the site manufactures carbon anodes, smelts aluminium and casts molten metal into aluminium products that are supplied to customers around the world.
