Service Fund Value Based Programs Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for specialty value-based programs, establishing evidence-based approaches, priorities, and timelines that align with enterprise performance objectives and support specialist engagement Evaluate program outcomes, analyze performance results, and communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to executives and business leaders Perform strategic planning and strategy development work, including advising on functional and segment-specific initiatives, identifying opportunities, and shaping recommendations that support business priorities and operational goals Prepare clear written communications, deliver stakeholder updates, and create professional PowerPoint presentations to support executive decision-making, program reporting, and strategic discussions Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 7+ years of health care or managed care experience with a provider focus 5+ years of experience leading program delivery efforts 5+ years' experience improving processes and implementing efficient workflows, tools, and operating practices 5+ years project management experience 5+ years of experience advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational impacts, and program-related decisions Experience presenting to Senior Leadership Experience creating PowerPoint presentations that translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually effective executive-level materials Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience in Value-based Care Programs PMP certification Six Sigma Certification Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required

• Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
• Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
• The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $104,000 - $143,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
