You will have end-to-end visibility across the return supply chain and the opportunity to innovate on behalf of our customers at scale. Key job responsibilities - Develop and execute the strategy for onboarding new partners with innovative capabilities, configuring returns injections in the direct-to-disposition program - Design and implement total recovery optimized logic at return creation to route returns efficiently to their final disposition - Lead three-year planning and Operating Plan (OP) cycles, setting the overall strategy for direct-to-disposition expansion - Support worldwide parity by extending direct-to-disposition capabilities to Europe and emerging markets - Optimize sortation operations for the direct-to-disposition program, becoming the subject matter expert in evaluation and sidelining tools - Lead the creation of removals and accounting workflows for direct-to-disposition inventory - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and contract adherence for smooth removals - Drive sortation topology and capacity planning, generating forecasts to expand the direct-to-disposition network - Analyze and report the profit and loss (P&L) impact of the direct-to-disposition initiative to senior leadership A day in the life Your day will be filled with strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering
