All Job Posting Locations: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Description: The role: Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Sr Manager, to support the Strategic Capacity Management function (SCM) within the Integrated Business Management organization (IBM), and in future also oversee support for any Long-Range Portfolio Plan (LRPP) technical requirements.
The LRPP / SCM function’s goal is to enable profitable growth, by providing the business with a view of how brand mix will change, and why; how growth will impact capacity, and what bottlenecks exist in the supply chain that require resolution via investment or process improvement.
This individual will own all technical aspects of the function, including OMP, CDL and Reporting. In addition, the role is expected to train and own our own AI agent, that will allow to serve the business at scale. The role will have the SCM business leads as key customers, and will report directly into the LRPP/SCM Process owner.
Other key stakeholders include J&J IT, Digital & Data Science, OMP and other strategic partners
Key Responsibilities
- OMP: 90% of time OMP SCM Admin Setup / Configuration of user profiles PAK file update coordination with JJT Enhancement backlog owner Managing Vendor POs / engagements Interface with IT for network/hardware topics SCM Model Support Interface with SCM BU Leads to understand business requirements Model updates to already created models Model optimization: cleanup and simplify existing models to improve speed Model creation: Translate SCM BU leads data and conceptual models, into working OMP scenarios Running Models: support business demand by running models upon business request.
- Provide Solver support - troubleshooting Cloud - CDL: 2% time Act as Asset owner, managing access requests and ensuring asset management compliance.
- Own new requirements or new table addition Manage any change or request with CDL team Reporting: Own and maintain technical documentation Ensuring PowerBI is up to date for any new model request (publish results to server) Maintain access to authorized users Build any new dashboard, by leveraging Power Query expertise AI Agent: Foundation Ensure robust documentation is structured, comprehensive
- complete Create SOPs to guide the response of standard process questions Create boundaries to limit agent hallucination Product owner: Leverage prompt engineering to have this AI agent be a proxy Validation: Establish confidence KPI for AI Agent.
