" Job Description & Summary: PwC's Advisory practice is expanding its India-based delivery team to support large-scale, global front-to-back investment management platform implementations for leading global custodians, asset servicers, and asset managers.
This role sits within our Financial Services consulting team and provides PMO support across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs. We are looking for individuals with prior experience working within or alongside Global Capability Centers (GCCs) of major financial institutions – particularly those that have supported investment operations, asset servicing, or capital markets technology programs in an offshore delivery capacity
Responsibilities
- Support establishment and maintenance of PMO governance structures including project charters, workstream definitions, roles & responsibilities, organizational charts, escalation models, communication strategies, and RAID logs - Manage JIRA-based project tracking aligned with enterprise implementation standards and SDLC issue hierarchies
- adapt gold templates to client-specific needs - Support resource and financial management tools (Clarity, Planview, or equivalent) for timesheet tracking, resource utilization, budgeting, and cost monitoring - Maintain Confluence and SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and knowledge repositories - Track program financials – comparing forecasted vs. actual spend, supporting dynamic budget adjustments, and facilitating financial reviews with Program Leadership - Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans covering cross-workstream dependencies, milestone tracking, and coordination with broader client initiatives - Support implementation governance standards – stage-gate reviews, pre-contract handoffs from sales to implementation, and service catalogue alignment - Manage change control workflows – logging, tracking, and triaging non-standard client requests
