- 5+ years of legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work - Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses - Experience advising on intellectual property matters, including patents, trade secrets
- software licensing - Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements, including SaaS, hardware supply
- development agreements - Experience supporting engineering or product development teams in a fast-paced technology environment - Experience identifying and assessing legal and regulatory risks related to emerging technologies such as robotics, automation
