Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in office) About the Team The Agentic Workflows team builds the foundational platforms and tools that empower every Salesforce user to build and orchestrate AI workflows on a trusted enterprise platform.

Our mission is to democratize AI by making it effortless for users to design, test, and run intelligent automations that elevate their daily business processes. We operate with a startup-like velocity - shipping monthly, prioritizing high talent density, and collaborating in-person right here in San Francisco to shape the next era of computing.

About the Role As a Director of Product Management for Agentforce Grid , you will define the future of how enterprises design, test, and execute AI-powered work. Agentforce Grid is Salesforce's AI-native builder for orchestrating data, agents, actions, and business processes at enterprise scale.

It combines the familiarity of spreadsheets with the power of autonomous agents, enabling users to transform datasets into intelligent workflows. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grid, helping establish it as the primary interface through which organizations operationalize AI across sales, service, marketing, commerce, and beyond.

This high-leverage, individual contributor role sits at the intersection of AI systems, workflow orchestration, developer platforms, and end-user experience. Success requires simultaneously thinking about workflow abstractions, execution engines, APIs, and the human experience of building with AI.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to accelerate adoption, unlock new categories of use cases, and shape the future of enterprise workflows. What You’ll Do Own the Product Lifecycle: Define the multi-month vision, core strategy, and execution roadmap for Agentforce Grid across workflow authoring, execution, orchestration, evaluation, and governance, and a compelling long-term vision for how humans and AI agents collaborate inside enterprise workflows.

Drive Scale & Adoption: Focus ruthlessly on user activation and product adoption. Partner with early adopters to identify workflow friction, iterating rapidly based on user telemetry and qualitative feedback, to guide product decisions. Ship Monthly: Partner lock-step with world-class Engineering and Product Design teams to maintain a high velocity delivery cadence without compromising on security, scale, or user delight.

Evangelize the Platform: Serve as the strategic voice and evangelist for Agentforce Grid across the company and to our customers. Align internal GTM, Sales, and Solutions engineering teams, while directly engaging with enterprise customers to co-ideate on novel use cases.

Represent Agentforce Grid internally and externally through customer engagements, product reviews, executive briefings, and industry events. Help establish Salesforce as the category leader in agentic workflow platforms and AI-powered automation.

Who You Are You have built and scaled highly technical products such as workflow platforms, developer tools, data systems, integration platforms, AI infrastructure, orchestration frameworks, or enterprise application platforms. An Architect of Simplicity: You have impeccable product judgment.

You know how to take abstract AI concepts and frame them inside an intuitive user interface that citizen developers can manipulate. Customer-Obsessed & Data-Driven: You make decisions rooted in deep customer empathy and hard evidence. You look at data to see where users drop off, and you interview users to understand their real-world workflows.

An Ambiguity Thriver: You excel at driving alignment, clarity, and decisive action across diverse cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM) in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting market. Qualifications 6+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of technical platform products.

Experience building workflow automation, orchestration, developer tooling, AI platforms, data products, or enterprise infrastructure. Experience launching products from incubation through broad enterprise adoption. Experience defining platform strategies that balance user experience, extensibility, and ecosystem growth.

Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging product telemetry and experimentation to drive adoption. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area to support our collaborative, in-person team dynamic (3 days a week in-office).

Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best , and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best . Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
