Business Analytics Manager

Responsibilities Develop scalable analytics solutions covering core Medical Economics use cases such as provider benchmarking, medical cost and utilization trend drivers, population risk stratification and claims leakage. Build self-service dashboards that enable stakeholders to identify savings opportunities across markets Partner with Network, Clinical, and FWA teams to translate insights into actionable interventions Support stakeholders in contracting strategy and provider negotiations, clinical pathway optimization and FWA detection Lead the unification and standardization of claims and eligibility datasets across multiple policy administration systems Partner with Data & Technology teams to transition from fragmented extracts to a scalable, connected data environment Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders across Medical Economics, Network, and Clinical and FWA teams Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists to deliver high-impact outputs Collaborate with actuarial and analytics teams to leverage existing capabilities and avoid duplication of efforts About The Cigna Group Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
