Manager, I2S & AP Regulatory Reporting

Career Category Engineering Job Description The Manager will serve as the on-the-ground leader of the Invoice to Settle (I2S) operational team based in Amgen India (Hyderabad), with operational accountability for a four-person team spanning three core I2S towers: invoice processing, global payments, and statement reconciliation.

This role will also support AP Regulatory Reporting activity across the enterprise, with a particular focus on withholding tax and unclaimed property. This is an integral role that combines daily operations management, people leadership, and partnership with global I2S function owners.

The manager owns local execution, team performance, and stakeholder experience, while operating within a matrixed model: the global function owners set process standards, tooling direction, and priorities for their respective towers in collaboration with this role.

The Manager, I2S Operations will ensure consistent delivery, coaching, and capacity allocation across the team. .
