Job Title Senior Product Manager Senior Product Manager About your role: You will define and execute product strategy for the Precision core banking platform, aligning roadmap priorities to client needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

You will partner with clients, engineering, sales, service, compliance, and executive leadership to guide product decisions, represent client priorities, and deliver enhancements that support retention, modernization, and growth across community financial institutions

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain the Precision product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on client demand, revenue impact, regulatory requirements, competitive positioning, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and product priorities that support client retention, platform modernization, and revenue growth.
  • Lead product lifecycle activities for enhancements, integrations, regulatory initiatives, and client experience improvements from concept through release readiness.
  • Gather, evaluate, and translate client feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, support, operations, compliance, finance, sales, and relationship management teams to deliver product outcomes across a matrixed organization.
  • Present roadmap direction, product priorities, and market opportunities to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and client audiences.
  • Monitor banking industry trends, competitive solutions, and fintech partnership opportunities to identify market gaps and product expansion opportunities.
  • Support risk assessment, regulatory readiness, and product positioning activities to help financial institution clients adopt and use Precision capabilities effectively.
  • Lead client advisory boards and user group meetings to validate priorities, strengthen client engagement, and inform product direction.

  • Experience you'll need to have: 8+ years of experience in product management, banking technology, financial services software
  • a related domain, including ownership of product roadmap decisions and lifecycle execution. 8+ years of experience working with core banking solutions, banking operations
  • financial institution technology platforms. 8+ years of experience partnering with clients, technical teams
  • business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives
  • deliver product enhancements. 8+ years of experience using market analysis, client feedback
  • business objectives to build product strategy, business cases
  • investment recommendations.
  • Experience presenting product direction, roadmap priorities, and business impacts to executive leadership and client audiences.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
  • Experience that would be great to have: Experience with the Precision core banking platform.
  • Experience in community banking or with community financial institutions.
  • Experience using Agile product management practices.
  • Experience leading client advisory councils or user groups.
  • How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.

  • Travel: Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
