Provide executive leadership with clear visibility into regulatory risks, trends, and emerging issues. Drive root-cause analysis across closed examinations, investigations, and complaint matters, creating transparency into recurring themes and systemic drivers of regulatory risk (e.g., identifying concentrations of complaints tied to a specific claims process or operational workflow).
