- Job Title Software engineer II Job Description Software Engineer (HL7 Interface Engineer) Your role: Support development, configuration
- testing of HL7 interfaces for integration with EMR, PACS
- hospital systems Assist in HL7 message validation, mapping
- troubleshooting (ADT, ORM, ORU workflows) Configure and monitor interfaces using tools such as Rhapsody, Corepoint, Mirth Connect
- similar integration engines Perform interface testing and issue resolution , ensuring reliable data exchange across systems Support end-to-end implementation activities including build, testing, go-live
- hypercare phases Collaborate with global implementation, application
- integration teams for smooth delivery Monitor interfaces and resolve data flow and connectivity issues Maintain documentation for configurations, testing
- issue tracking You're the right fit if: Experience: 2–5 years in healthcare IT, integration support
- application support roles HL7 & Integration Skills: Understanding of HL7 v2 messaging, interface workflows
- healthcare interoperability concepts (mandatory) Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL/databases
- exposure to integration tools (Rhapsody, Mirth Connect or similar HL7 integration engines like Corepoint, Intersystems, Openlink), JavaScript(Mandatory ) Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Experience working with EMR, PACS, HIS
- clinical systems Learning Mindset: Willingness to work in customer-facing environments and grow in integration and implementation roles Nice to Have: Exposure to FHIR/APIs, DICOM, scripting (Python)
