LMN Media team partners across media planning, creative, analytics, ad operations, and sales to ideate, launch, and manage campaigns through go-live while ensuring strong execution for Lowe’s and its partners.

Job Summary: The Analyst - Campaign Management will independently manage end-to-end campaign execution across onsite and offsite media channels with a Retail Media Network lens. This role is responsible for ideating campaign strategy, building the media plans, coordinating launch readiness, managing setup and QA, and monitoring performance through campaign delivery while partnering across teams to remove blockers and ensure a successful campaign.

The ideal candidate brings strong platform knowledge, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work across planning, creative, ad operations, and client services teams to keep campaigns on track from concept to completion. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Develop end-to-end media plans aligned with advertiser objectives, audience insights, budget considerations, and performance goals Recommend media mix strategy and audience targeting & segmentation to build high quality media plans Partner with sales, account management, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven media recommendations Translate media strategies into campaign execution by setting up, trafficking, QAing, and launching campaigns across digital advertising platforms Configure campaign targeting, creative assets, tracking, budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to ensure accurate delivery and measurement Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and platform issues while ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, budgets, bids, placements, and creative strategies to maximize business outcomes Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, sales lift, conversion rate, customer acquisition, and basket size to identify optimization opportunities Support testing and measurement initiatives, including A/B testing and incrementality studies, to improve campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital media, retail media, campaign management, performance marketing Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Key Skill: Campaign Management, Ad Platform setup (Ex: GAM, Meta, DSP), Media Planning, Campaign Pacing & Optimization, Data Analytics (Key Metrix: CTR, ROAS, Incremental sale) Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems and digital advertising channels Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect media performance to business outcomes Excellent communication skills with a focus on data storytelling and stakeholder influence Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and shopper behavior Secondary Skills (desired) Experience working with retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc. or similar) Experience with SQL or large datasets Exposure to sales/advertiser-facing roles Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
