The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Senior Financial Analyst must be strategic and detail oriented, have strong accounting and finance skills, robust interpersonal and influencing skills, strong organizational and project management skills

Key job responsibilities - Standardize Global Processes: Design and implement comprehensive standard operating procedures across multiple sites to ensure consistent, high-quality financial operations - Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of cash application workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing strategic improvements - Technical Collaboration: Partner with technology teams to integrate AI and emerging technologies, reducing manual interventions and enhancing scalability - Training and Development: Develop robust training infrastructure to support skill development and consistent on-boarding for cash application analysts - Problem Resolution: Proactively address escalations, maintain financial integrity

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
