PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance routes are completed and updated as needed Become shop floor mentor and interface for HSE topics HSE related communication including training, safety alerts and production review meetings Prepare and coordinate HSE related training material and lead training classes.

Lead / take part in Incident Investigation facilitating root cause analysis and proper corrective and preventative actions Participate in/lead plant emergency response teams and drills Conduct hazard assessments of equipment/jobs to ensure they meet all applicable requirements Develop/revise HSE related policies/procedures for the plant and drive implementation Lead safety audits of key program areas to ensure compliance with regulatory and Bosch directives Conducts formal reviews of new equipment, equipment modifications, or process changes Maintain documentation to meet Bosch directives and regulatory requirements Provide leadership and guidance to the plant safety teams Interact with state and federal agencies and consultants to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies' requirements Maintain documentation to meet Bosch directives and regulatory requirements Ability to work independently and/or with a team Engage the work force both salary and hourly to drive cultural change and accomplishing safety performance objectives and targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree relating to HSE Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001) Leadership skills 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing or industrial environment Valid Driver's License Computer skills, strong MS Office Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
