The mission is to transform every customer conversation into agentic action: coaching reps in the moment, accelerating deals, and giving leaders a clear, data-driven view of where to invest their time and how to improve their team performance and sales strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of AI and data, voice and video, to deliver real-time coaching and actions. It requires a sharp point of view on both seller and sales leadership personas, and a track record of building product that changes how teams work, not just how they report.
