This is not just a packing job—it is a mission-critical role where you will coordinate directly with Logistics, Assembly, Hydraulic Motor Repair, Quality Management

- the skills to handle low volume large-scale industrial shipping, we want you on our team. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Logistics Coordination: Act as the critical hub connecting our Logistics, Power Unit Assembly, Hydraulic Motor Repair, Quality
- Sales teams to keep shipments moving. Precision Prep & Packing: Accurately pick, pack
- process orders. Build and customize wooden crates, apply VCI shrink-wrapping
- properly stencil/label crates for LTL & Flatbed transport. Inventory Ownership: Maintain 100% accurate inventory tracking by logging all movements, updating stock locations in SAP
- leading our Cycle Count Program. Carrier & Freight Management: Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), generate carrier labels (UPS, FedEx, DHL), schedule LTL pickups
- proactively file and follow up on freight claims. Daily Priorities & Standards: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to meet daily targets, execute special customer instructions
- wrap up each day with a clean, secure
- Education: High school graduate, some college
- accredited equivalent (e.g., State Dept. of Education, US Military). Experience: 5+ years of progressive warehouse, dock
- industrial shipping experience. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or other ERP inventory management systems (preferred). Basic woodworking/carpentry skills for custom crating. Familiarity with plastic and steel banding equipment. Equipment Capabilities: Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain one). Experience handling large parts , operating heavy forklifts (15K# lift)
- operating overhead cranes (up to 30K#) is highly preferred. Physical & Drive: Ability to lift 35 lbs. when needed, a proven history of exceptional attendance
