" Job Description & Summary: We are seeking highly accomplished Enterprise Transformation Architects who combine deep technology expertise with strong business acumen and consulting capabilities.
This is not a traditional architecture role focused solely on governance, standards, or solution reviews. We are looking for transformation leaders who can engage with C-suite executives, shape complex business and technology agendas, influence enterprise strategy, architect future-state operating models and drive large-scale transformation initiatives across industries.
The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of business transformation, enterprise architecture, cloud, data, AI and digital modernization. They will serve as trusted advisors to senior client stakeholders, helping organizations define their transformation vision, create compelling business cases and translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
While the role spans multiple industries, experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management or FinTech environments will be highly valued. Candidates should possess strong understanding of industry transformation drivers including regulatory modernization, customer experience transformation, data modernization, risk management, operational resilience and AI adoption

- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, CEOs and business leaders.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving cloud, data, AI, platforms and application modernization.
- Define future-state enterprise architecture visions aligned to business outcomes.
- Develop transformation strategies, investment roadmaps and target operating models.
- Build compelling business cases including ROI, TCO, cost optimization and value realization frameworks.
- Lead solutioning and proposal development for large and complex transformation opportunities.
- Shape end-to-end transformation solutions spanning consulting, architecture, cloud, data, AI and managed services.
- Lead RFP, RFI and strategic proposal responses.
- Participate in executive client meetings, discovery workshops and strategic pursuits.
- Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Drive long-term client engagement and account expansion.
- Lead architecture strategy across business, application, data, cloud and technology domains.
- Design cloud transformation strategies and hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Define enterprise data architecture, governance and analytics frameworks.

- Architect enterprise-scale AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Contribute to development of methodologies, frameworks, accelerators and intellectual property.
