- About the Role
- As a Senior Associate on the GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will build the analytical and operational infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, sales enablement, revenue operations
- AI - giving you the opportunity to build tools, systems
- processes that make a sales team meaningfully more effective. You will see the full picture: from lead targeting to close to merchant growth.
- This role is ideal for a strategic operator who can move fast and wear many hats - equal parts analyst, builder, operator
- GTM partner. You will work directly with frontline sales and product teams to help merchants thrive. If you thrive in ambiguous environments, know how to test and scale new ideas

- You will report into the GTM Sr. Manager on our Strategy & Operations team in our DoorDash Commerce Platform organization.

- Own the intelligence layer behind our GTM engine - analyzing conversion patterns, lead attributes
- pipeline performance to build the prioritization frameworks that help sales reps focus on the highest-value accounts and close more deals
- Partner with our sales team to identify opportunities that exponentially increase velocity
- Design, build, and maintain AI - powered tools that improve GTM efficiency
- Support the design and buildout of a scalable inbound funnel
- Create and maintain the systems , infrastructure, and processes that enable a high-performing sales organization
- We're excited about you because...
- You have 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or GTM/revenue operations
- You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
- You have experience working with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub, etc. and know how to scale your impact through the use of AI powered tools, skills, and processes
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action — comfortable building from zero to one in an unstructured environment
- You have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the effort required to move fast and deliver results in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
- You communicate clearly across audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Compensation
- The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location
- market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
- In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week
- about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week
- about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
- $87,000 — $128,000 USD
