- Solution Quality Program Manager Description - We are seeking a Solution QA professional to lead quality assurance execution for new solutions and app launches across the product pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for end‑to‑end quality planning, validation
- release readiness. The individual will work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, GTM, customer support
- external partners to protect customer experience and business outcomes. Responsibilities Quality Strategy & Execution Provide QA leadership for all new solutions and app launches across the pipeline. Own QA planning and execution across functional, regression, SIV, end‑to‑end (E2E), customer journey, post-sales experience, etc. Define and maintain QA strategy, test plans, entry/exit criteria
- release readiness checkpoints . Release Readiness & Risk Management Define release readiness criteria and provide clear go / no‑go recommendations . Track and communicate quality status, risks
- mitigation plans to stakeholders. Drive defect triage, deduplication
- root‑cause analysis , clearly reporting key findings and customer impact. Beta, Validation & Stakeholder Collaboration Lead internal and external Beta programs , including planning, execution, issue triage
- exit reporting. Partner with engineering, product, marketing, GTM, support
- legal/compliance to assess and influence business impact. Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and external vendors/partners . Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management
- a related field. Required Skills & Experience Technical & QA Expertise Engineering or software development background with strong understanding of the SDLC . Hands‑on experience in QA planning and execution for software, applications
- platform launches. Experience with Agile / Sprint‑based development and CI/CD delivery models . Problem Solving & Execution Strong capability in defect triage, root cause analysis
- quality risk assessment . Ability to identify systemic issues, not just individual defects
- drive corrective action. Communication & Influence Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority . Clear, concise communicator able to translate technical quality risks into business‑relevant insights for senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting consumer‑facing apps, connected devices
- platform‑based solutions . Experience working with external development or QA vendors . Familiarity with release governance, store submissions
