Vice President – Business Execution (Americas FX) Role Overview This role is responsible for leading business execution across the Americas FX Sales & Trading franchise, driving strategic priorities, operational excellence, and a strong governance framework.

The position plays a critical role in enabling the business to achieve its objective of being a leading global coverage platform and trusted advisor to key clients. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, this role requires a high degree of judgment, ownership, and influence, with responsibility for shaping and delivering on business priorities.

The role will lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Client Facilitation, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology in a complex, fast-paced environment. The role reports to the Americas FX Business Execution Head. Key Responsibilities Business Management & Execution Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership to drive the effective management and execution of business strategy.

Ensure seamless coordination across front office, control functions, and infrastructure teams to support day-to-day operations. Lead and contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, including business transformation and platform enhancements.

Define, monitor, and enhance key performance metrics, ensuring transparency and actionable insights. Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, and take ownership of resolution and escalation where appropriate. Financial Performance & Productivity Drive initiatives to enhance revenue growth, resource efficiency, and overall business performance.

Lead the development and evolution of P&L, client value, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and strategic relevance. Provide forward-looking insights and analytics to support senior decision-making. Governance, Controls & Regulatory Oversight Lead coordination of governance forums, including business reviews and control meetings (e.g., MBR/QBR).

Partner with control functions to maintain a robust risk and compliance framework. Manage internal audit and regulatory interactions, ensuring high-quality responses and issue resolution. Uphold a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution.

Strategic Development Support the development and execution of the FX business strategy, including client, product, and platform initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities to enhance competitive positioning and business growth. Operating Model Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a global, matrixed environment.

Influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority. Manage multiple, often competing priorities in a dynamic and time-sensitive setting. Experience & Expertise Strong understanding of FX, Rates, and broader Markets products and dynamics.

Deep appreciation of Sales & Trading business drivers, including revenue generation, client value, capital usage, and cost efficiency. Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly within the Americas. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Experience within business management, strategy, or front-office roles in a large, global financial institution. Skills & Capabilities Highly developed leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively at senior levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with rigorous attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing demands.

Self-starter with high ownership, accountability, and execution focus. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; programming (e.g., Python) is a plus. Qualifications Strong academic background, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of Experience.
