About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner to support senior leaders in driving business outcomes through effective people strategies. This role serves as a trusted advisor, aligning talent, organizational design, and workforce planning with business priorities.

The individual will leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver insights, influence decision-making, and enhance organizational effectiveness, while partnering across HR to execute integrated, scalable solutions that improve performance and employee experience

In This Role, You Will

  • equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting senior leaders or complex business functions in a strategic HRBP capacity Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to business outcomes Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to influence decision-making Experience with AI tools or leading AI-enabled initiatives in HR or business environments Proven ability to lead organizational design, workforce planning

  • Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
