Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives related to business growth, clients, and coverage while leading efforts to enhance core business frameworks and governance structures across the Banking franchise Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into defined initiatives, plans, and deliverables — managing timelines, dependencies, and accountability across cross-functional teams Execute and manage the comprehensive client and coverage methodology across Banking, including overseeing Citi Tiers and IB priorities Support the establishment and ongoing management of the Client Executive program, defining eligibility criteria, governance structures, workflows, and success metrics Manage all client and coverage workflows, associated approvals and inquiries with rigor and in a timely manner Support key digital initiatives — including the migration to Citi Client Central and the deployment of a Banker mobile app — providing project management oversight and coordinating business inputs to ensure delivery in partnership with Technology Prepare senior-level materials and strategic presentations to support business reviews, offsites, and executive decision-making Support numerous ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management, framing issues and synthesizing key findings and recommendations Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members and promoting knowledge sharing and skill development Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency Recommended Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, or Commercial Banking — in client-facing, strategy, business management, or consulting roles Proven experience successfully driving strategic projects and initiatives across a large, matrixed organization Strong problem solving, analytical, execution, and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to synthesize large, complex datasets and stakeholder inputs into clear executive narratives and recommendations Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Ability to independently own work and operate with a limited level of direct supervision Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise Consistently develops and maintains effective working relationships across senior stakeholders and functional partners Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
