Your impact will be immediate and visible. You'll ship features that directly improve how developers work — from launching new models in hours, to building intelligent routing, to designing the context layer that makes Kiro genuinely understand your project. These aren't incremental improvements
- they're the building blocks of a new category of developer tool. From day one, you'll have opportunities to lead — whether that's owning a critical system, defining technical direction for a new capability, or shaping how the team operates. You'll work across distributed systems, real-time streaming, multi-model orchestration, and AI infrastructure at scale. - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
- operations experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
